Superintendent

• Oversee day-to-day site operations across commercial construction projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain productivity and efficient workflow.
• Develop, manage, and update project schedules in coordination with the wider project team.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce health and safety procedures, quality control standards, and relevant building regulations.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to keep construction activities on track.
• Coordinate site logistics, material deliveries, equipment requirements, and site access.
• Attend project meetings and maintain clear communication with Project Managers, clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Review construction drawings and specifications to identify potential conflicts and resolve site issues.
• Maintain accurate daily reports, site documentation, safety records, and progress updates.
• Oversee project closeout activities, including punch lists, inspections, and final handover.
