Job Description

  • Lead and manage daily jobsite operations from project startup through closeout.
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
  • Maintain project schedules and proactively address delays or conflicts.
  • Ensure all work is performed according to plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Enforce OSHA regulations and company safety policies to maintain a safe jobsite.
  • Conduct daily site walks and monitor project progress.
  • Facilitate subcontractor coordination meetings and communicate expectations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to align field operations with project goals.
  • Coordinate inspections, testing, and jurisdictional approvals.
  • Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and workforce planning.
  • Identify and resolve field issues, RFIs, and constructability concerns.
  • Oversee project punch lists, commissioning activities, and final turnover.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction.
  • Proven experience managing projects ranging from $5M-$50M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and field management.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Thorough knowledge of OSHA standards and construction safety best practices.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience coordinating multiple trades in fast-paced project environments.
  • Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management software preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
