Superintendent

• Lead on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and team members to maintain project schedules and quality.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays effectively.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain high standards of workmanship and materials.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
• Manage site logistics, including equipment, materials, and labor allocation.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
