Job Description

  • Oversee daily site operations, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with quality expectations.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to maintain productivity and efficient workflow.
  • Enforce health and safety procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to minimize delays and disruption.
  • Collaborate with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent within commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, subcontractor management, and site coordination.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead site teams and manage multiple project priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Healthcare construction experience is a significant advantage, particularly within complex or operational environments.
