Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction site activities and maintain progress against project plans.
  • Coordinate site schedules, work areas, and daily priorities with construction teams.
  • Monitor work quality and address issues that could affect project delivery.
  • Track site activity and communicate progress, delays, and key updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate contractors and trades to keep work sequenced and site activity organized.
  • Review site conditions and identify practical actions needed to keep work moving.
  • Maintain clear site documentation, including daily activity records and project updates.
  • Promote safe work practices across active construction areas.

The Successful Applicant
