For over 30 years we have provided our clients with specialized high-quality services and delivered finished infrastructure systems on time and under budget.A Sitework Foreman/Jr Super is a great opportunity for a long-term career in a reputable growing Buffalo organization with competitive pay and benefits.Job DescriptionSitework Foreman/Jr Super must have experience running and working in all aspects of site work including but not limitied to..Advanced knowledge of all excavation, grading and utility installation means and methods.Site layout, logistics management and workflow planning.Schedule daily and weekly work with all appropriate parties.Order materials in a timely manner.Stormwater pollution protection, erosion and sediment control.Site demolition, preparation, and organization.Cut/fill/haul-off earthmoving and grading operations.Excavate accurately for footings and foundations.Install utilities including but not limited to water lines, sanitary sewer lines, drainage linesand structures (i.e. catch basins, manholes, septic tanks, etc.), and electric/gas linetrenching.Rough grade and fine grade hardscapes and landscapes including but not limited tobuilding slabs, sidewalks, parking lots, pavers, pathways, and lawn areas.Work closely with team project managers and estimators to track job production, changeorders, milestones and completion.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
