We are looking for a Superintendent/Project Manager to join our team and drive projects.

Job Description

The Superintendent/Project Manager will:

  • Manage and oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate and supervise on-site activities, including subcontractors and construction staff.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
  • Review and approve project documentation, including contracts, plans, and change orders.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Monitor project expenses and control costs to align with the approved budget.
