With a commitment to safety, quality, and long-term client partnerships, they have built a strong backlog of work and a reputation for delivering complex projects for some of the region's leading industrial and manufacturing companies.Job DescriptionLead all day-to-day field operations on industrial construction projects.Develop and maintain project schedules in coordination with Project Managers.Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and self-perform crews.Ensure work is completed according to plans, specifications, and project requirements.Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations across the jobsite.Conduct daily site inspections and proactively identify potential safety, quality, or scheduling concerns.Manage manpower, site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries.Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings and daily planning activities.Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans when necessary.Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and quality records.Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and project stakeholders throughout construction.Oversee punch list completion, commissioning activities, and project closeout.Foster a positive, professional, and productive jobsite culture.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
