Supervisor - Groundwater / Waste Water Construction

• Supervise daily operations of groundwater remediation and wastewater treatment systems.
• Lead field operators, technicians, subcontractors, and maintenance personnel across multiple project sites.
• Ensure treatment systems are operated safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Oversee preventative maintenance programs, troubleshooting efforts, and equipment repairs.
• Monitor treatment system performance and recommend operational improvements to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Coordinate sampling activities, reporting requirements, and regulatory inspections.
• Manage project schedules, labor utilization, inventory, procurement, and equipment resources.
• Maintain accurate operational records, safety documentation, and compliance reporting.
• Support project managers and senior leadership in achieving operational, financial, and client service objectives.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all company and site-specific health and safety requirements.
