Job Description

  • Expedite materials with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery and resolve delays
  • Manage purchase orders, including creation, tracking, and updates
  • Maintain accurate material status and update internal systems regularly
  • Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders and address issues
  • Partner cross-functionally with planning, operations, and internal teams
  • Identify and escalate potential supply risks or shortages
  • Support daily supply chain operations and respond to urgent business needs
  • Maintain organized records of orders, communications, and updates
  • Contribute to process improvements and supply chain initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, ideally in a related field
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Basic analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ERP/MRP system exposure is a plus
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage priorities and follow through
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within supply chain
