Job Description

  • Partner with suppliers to ensure materials are delivered on time and proactively address potential delays
  • Track, maintain, and update material status within internal systems to ensure data accuracy
  • Generate, submit, and manage purchase orders while ensuring compliance with company processes
  • Communicate regularly with suppliers regarding order confirmations, shipment updates, and issue resolution
  • Work closely with planning, operations, and cross-functional teams to maintain material availability
  • Identify supply chain risks, shortages, or disruptions and escalate concerns appropriately
  • Support daily procurement and material management activities in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain organized records of purchase orders, supplier communications, and inventory updates
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives designed to enhance supply chain performance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2 years of professional experience, ideally within supply chain, procurement, operations, or a related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP/MRP systems is a plus
  • Self-starter who takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through on commitments
  • Adaptable and eager to learn in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
  • Interest in building a long-term career within supply chain and operations
