This role is ideal for an individual with strong Swiss machining expertise who enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment.Responsibilities:Support and optimize Swiss CNC machining processesAssist with machine setup, troubleshooting, and process improvement initiativesAnalyze machining methods to improve quality, efficiency, and throughputInterpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirementsWork closely with production and leadership teams to resolve manufacturing challengesSupport programming and process development activitiesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout machining operationsCollaborate with operators, supervisors, and engineering personnel to ensure successful project executionMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
