Job Description

  • Supervise and manage all on-site construction activities and personnel.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to maintain timelines and quality.
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Maintain detailed documentation, including daily reports and project records.
  • Resolve on-site challenges effectively and maintain a high standard of work.
