Job Description

  • Lead tax reporting and compliance processes in adherence to IFRS standards.
  • Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Oversee the preparation and review of tax provisions and disclosures in financial statements.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant federal, state, and international tax regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address tax implications of business decisions.
  • Provide guidance on changes in tax laws and their potential impact on the company.
  • Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews related to tax matters.
