You will partner closely with engineering teams, product leaders, architects, and stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned, risks are identified early, and teams can execute effectively.This is not a traditional project management role focused solely on schedules and status reporting. The ideal candidate understands the realities of software delivery, can engage credibly with technical teams, and helps organizations make better delivery decisions through transparency, planning, and execution excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram & Delivery ManagementDrive visibility into program status, scope, risks, dependencies, and milestonesCoordinate delivery activities across multiple technology teamsEnsure work is properly planned, sequenced, and prepared before executionManage cross-functional dependencies and proactively remove delivery obstaclesFacilitate planning sessions, reviews, and governance forumsStakeholder Management & CommunicationProvide clear, concise updates to technical and business stakeholdersEscalate risks and issues appropriately to minimize surprisesBuild trusted relationships across Product, Engineering, Architecture, QA, and Leadership teamsAlign stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and delivery expectationsTechnical Program LeadershipDevelop a strong understanding of system architecture, technical dependencies, and release considerationsPartner with engineers and architects to evaluate technical risks and delivery readinessSupport strategic initiatives involving multiple teams and stakeholder groupsHelp improve delivery maturity, planning effectiveness, and execution standardsMetrics & Continuous ImprovementTrack and analyze delivery metrics including:Lead TimeCycle TimeThroughputWork in Progress (WIP)Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR)Change Failure RateIdentify opportunities to improve delivery predictability and efficiencySupport the adoption of delivery best practices across technology teamsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
