Job Description

This Technical Project Manager will be responsible for:

  • Leading electrical engineering projects from concept through product release.
  • Coordinating activities across electrical, mechanical, software, manufacturing, and quality teams.
  • Facilitating design reviews, technical reviews, and risk management activities.
  • Maintaining project schedules, milestones, and status reporting.
  • Driving issue resolution and removing barriers to project execution.
  • Supporting manufacturing release, product introduction, and sustaining engineering efforts.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Technical Project Manager will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in electrical engineering, systems engineering, or technical development.
  • 3+ years of technical project leadership experience.
  • Experience managing engineering projects throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of electrical hardware development processes.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Strong project scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with semiconductor equipment, power systems, RF systems, or related technologies preferred.
