Job Description

This Test Engineer will be responsible for:

  • Developing robust test plans, verification strategies, and validation activities.
  • Creating and maintaining test procedures for multiple test environments.
  • Supporting aerospace, environmental, vacuum, and research testing programs.
  • Operating test equipment and collecting performance data.
  • Troubleshooting hardware, systems, and test-related issues.
  • Supporting test station build-up, calibration, maintenance, and equipment procurement.

The Successful Applicant

A Successful Test Engineer will have:

  • 8+ years of testing or hardware validation experience.
  • Experience testing hardware products in aerospace, defense, or other high-reliability industries.
  • Hands-on experience within laboratory or clean room environments.
  • Experience with environmental or qualification testing.
  • Proficiency using oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, and related lab equipment.
  • Experience developing test procedures and documentation.
  • Familiarity with ESD-sensitive hardware and quality processes.
  • Spaceflight hardware, vacuum chamber, or aerospace testing experience preferred
