Job Description

  • Lead all field operations for ground-up tilt-wall construction projects.
  • Coordinate site development, concrete operations, structural work, and building turnover.
  • Manage and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field personnel.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules and short-term look-ahead plans.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout all phases of construction.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and consultants.
  • Identify and resolve project challenges to minimize delays and cost impacts.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting.
  • Drive project completion while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

The Successful Applicant

  • 7+ years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor.
  • Extensive experience delivering ground-up tilt-wall projects.
  • Strong understanding of sitework, foundations, concrete, structural systems, and building envelope installation.
  • Proven ability to manage large subcontractor teams and complex schedules.
  • Experience with warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial facilities preferred.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.
  • Available for occasional Southeast travel
