Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations for high-profile, Class-A interiors projects
  • Coordinate and supervise subcontractors to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards
  • Drive project schedules and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track and within budget
  • Partner closely with Project Managers throughout all phases of construction
  • Conduct site walks, monitor project progress, and maintain clear communication with all stakeholders
  • Enforce jobsite standards, project requirements, and company expectations
  • Build positive working relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and project teams
  • Represent the company professionally both on and off the jobsite
  • Support project delivery efforts in a collaborative environment where team members contribute across multiple areas as needed

The Successful Applicant

  • High school diploma required; hands-on construction or trade experience is essential, while additional college education is a plus
  • +/- 5-15 years of experience leading high-end corporate interiors, retail, or renovation projects as a Superintendent
  • Demonstrated commitment to maintaining exceptional jobsite safety standards and fostering a strong safety culture
  • Experience leading and developing junior tam members through hands-on coaching, training, and leadership by example
  • Proven track record of leading large-scale corporate interiors project as the primary Superintendent, including responsibility for field operations, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
  • OSHA 30 certification required
  • Experience successfully overseeing projects ranging from $5M - $40M or higher
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications preferred
  • Willingness to travel nationwide
