Job Description

  • Manage all aspects of on-site construction for ground-up projects, ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and project timelines.
  • Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and coordinate site logistics for smooth execution.
  • Perform site inspections, address issues promptly, and ensure adherence to project specifications.
  • Provide regular progress updates to project managers and stakeholders to maintain alignment.
  • Travel frequently to various job sites and remain on location for extended periods as needed.

  • Proficient in reviewing and interpreting construction drawings, project timelines, and technical documents.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills that support effective field and project management.
  • Flexible and travel-ready, with the ability to work remain on-site for extended durations as needed.
