Job Description

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule compliance
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site logistics
  • Conduct site inspections, resolve issues, and enforce project specifications
  • Communicate progress with project managers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment
  • Travel extensively to various project locations, staying on-site for extended periods

The Successful Applicant

  • Background leading commercial construction projects as a field superintendent or site leader.
  • Proven ability to address challenges effectively, and drive successful project execution.
  • Experienced in interpreting construction drawings, project schedules, and contract documents.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to organization and coordination.
  • Open to nationwide travel and capable of supporting long-duration assignments at project sites.
