This company is known for promoting from within, with many senior leaders having started their careers in entry-level construction management roles.Job DescriptionManage and supervise commercial interior construction projects nationwide.Oversee all field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and project stakeholders throughout construction.Lead day-to-day site activities for Class A office interior buildouts ranging from approximately $1M to $25M+.Monitor project schedules, sequencing, logistics, and construction progress.Ensure compliance with company standards, project specifications, and safety requirements.Collaborate closely with project management teams to deliver successful project outcomes.Travel full-time to project locations throughout the United States with periodic home rotations.Serve as the on-site leader and primary field representative for each assigned project.The Traveling Superintendent will work on complex, high-profile interior projects and play a critical role in maintaining client satisfaction and execution excellence.The Traveling Superintendent will be supported by extensive training resources and a highly collaborative operations team.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
