Job Description

The Assistant Superintendent will report to the Project Superintendent and support all on-site construction activities from project start-up through completion.

  • Assist with daily site operations and subcontractor coordination
  • Support project scheduling and monitor construction progress
  • Maintain site safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Track project documentation and field reporting through Procore
  • Participate in subcontractor meetings and project coordination efforts
  • Help manage material deliveries, inspections, and punch-list activities
  • Support project closeout and turnover to clients

The Successful Applicant

  • For the Assistant Superintendent role we are seeking:
  • Experience on ground-up commercial construction projects preferred
  • Interior construction experience will also be considered
  • Exposure to automotive, aviation, industrial, retail, office, or mixed commercial projects
  • Proficiency with Procore and construction technology platforms
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on local projects or travel throughout the Southeast as needed
  • Desire to grow into a Superintendent position and assume greater responsibility
  • Passion for delivering safe, quality construction projects
