Traveling Assistant Superintendent Multifamily Midlothian, VA

• Assist the Superintendent in managing daily on-site construction activities
• Coordinate subcontractors, ensuring work is completed on schedule and to quality standards
• Monitor jobsite safety compliance and enforce company safety policies
• Track project progress and help maintain project timelines and milestones
• Support inspections, punch lists, and project close-out processes
• Communicate effectively with field teams and office-based project leadership
• Maintain jobsite documentation, reports, and logs
• Contribute to cost control efforts and productivity improvements
