Their team is committed to excellence, safety, collaboration, and providing employees with opportunities for professional development and advancement.Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent with daily construction site operations and project execution.Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure work progresses according to schedule.Monitor project quality and ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and company standards.Promote and enforce jobsite safety policies and procedures.Conduct site inspections and document project progress.Help identify and resolve field issues, scheduling conflicts, and productivity challenges.Participate in project meetings and communicate updates to internal and external stakeholders.Assist with project scheduling, look-ahead planning, and milestone tracking.Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper inventory of jobsite resources.Support project closeout activities, punch list completion, and turnover processes.Travel extensively to support projects throughout the assigned territory.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
