Job Description

  • Assist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on large-scale Data Center projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.
  • Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and overall construction progress.
  • Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordination of multiple trades.
  • Conduct site walks and track project progress.
  • Support inspections, punch list completion, and turnover activities.
  • Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, project management, and the client.
  • Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.
  • Travel extensively to project locations as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Data Center construction experience is required.
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Engineer, Superintendent, or similar construction field role.
  • Strong understanding of commercial or mission-critical construction processes.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
  • Ability and willingness to travel extensively for project assignments.
  • Experience working with multiple subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment.
  • OSHA 30 and/or relevant safety certifications preferred.
  • Procore or similar construction technology experience preferred.
