They have built a strong track record through disciplined project execution, investment in their people, and a collaborative field culture that gives ambitious construction professionals the opportunity to grow into larger leadership roles.Job DescriptionAssist the Superintendent with day-to-day field operations on large-scale Data Center projects.Coordinate and oversee subcontractor activities to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to project specifications.Monitor jobsite safety, quality control, and overall construction progress.Review plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.Assist with scheduling and coordination of multiple trades.Conduct site walks and track project progress.Support inspections, punch list completion, and turnover activities.Communicate effectively with subcontractors, vendors, project management, and the client.Maintain a strong focus on safety, quality, schedule, and productivity.Travel extensively to project locations as required.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
