• Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve any technical or logistical challenges.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports and progress updates.
• Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and regulations.
