Job Description

  • Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization through turnover
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and logistics
  • Oversee sitework, utilities, foundations, and early construction phases
  • Coordinate project sequencing and trade partner activities
  • Conduct daily jobsite meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Work closely with Project Managers, owners, and design teams
  • Ensure schedule adherence and budget-conscious execution
  • Resolve field issues and maintain positive client relationships
  • Support project turnover, punch list, and closeout activities
  • Travel extensively throughout the Western U.S. as project needs dictate

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong ground-up commercial construction background
  • Experience managing projects from sitework through completion
  • Experience in banking, retail, public works, or similar commercial sectors preferred
  • Strong understanding of civil work, utilities, foundations, and site development
  • Proven ability to lead field teams and subcontractors independently
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Stable work history with strong tenure
  • Self-motivated and capable of operating with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the Western U.S.
  • Candidates located in Nevada, Colorado, Oregon, or Washington preferred
