Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progress.
  • Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on all job sites.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate project updates effectively to project managers and clients.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays.
  • Oversee the use and maintenance of construction equipment and materials.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing on-site construction projects.
  • Ground up restaurant and/or gas station project experience.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in the construction industry.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across the Southeastern United States.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively on-site.
  • Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and reports.
