Traveling Federal Quality Control Manager

• Develop, implement, and maintain the project-specific Quality Control Plan (QCP) to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
• Perform routine field inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and MEP work to verify compliance with plans, specifications, and federal standards.
• Facilitate Preparatory, Initial, and Follow-Up inspections in accordance with USACE/NAVFAC quality management requirements.
• Review and coordinate subcontractor submittals, shop drawings, material certifications, testing reports, and RFIs to ensure contract compliance.
• Prepare daily quality control reports, inspection records, testing logs, deficiency logs, and turnover documentation for government review.
• Maintain Non-Conformance Report (NCR) logs, identify quality deficiencies, implement corrective actions, and monitor closeout of quality issues.
• Serve as the primary quality liaison with USACE, NAVFAC, Air Force, Army Corps inspectors, and other owner representatives during inspections and audits.
• Monitor subcontractor work, ensure adherence to project quality standards, conduct quality meetings, and drive continuous process improvement throughout the project lifecycle.
