Job Description

  • Manage daily on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines are met.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to maintain project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards at all times.
  • Oversee the execution of healthcare-specific construction requirements.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients and project managers.
  • Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency.
  • Document and report on project progress, challenges, and solutions.
