Client is a strong commercial construction general contractor that is continuing to expand their light industrial construction division.

Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Supervise subcontractors and construction teams, maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure timelines and budgets are met.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including daily reports.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment on-site.
  • Travel across Georgia and Tennessee.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Superintendent should have:

  • Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry.

  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges effectively.
