Job Description

  • Manage on-site construction activities to ensure the project stays on schedule and within budget.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and company policies on the construction site.
  • Oversee quality control processes to meet client expectations and project specifications.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders, highlighting milestones and addressing any challenges.
  • Resolve any on-site issues promptly to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards and codes.
  • Mentor and guide team members to promote professional growth and project success.

The Successful Applicant

  • +/- 10-15 years of experience
  • Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on large-scale data center projects
  • Demonstrated history of managing subcontractors, schedules, and site logistics
  • Strong leadership and communication skills across field teams
  • Strong tenure at current and previous employer(s)
  • Experience with Procore or similar construction software is a plus
  • Problem-solving skills to address on-site challenges efficiently
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality results on time and within budget
  • Open to national travel - the first project will be located in West Texas
