Known for delivering successful ground-up projects, the organization maintains a consistent pipeline of work and is committed to high standards across safety, quality, and client service.Job DescriptionLead and supervise ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractor coordination, vendor management, and field team oversight to drive efficient project execution.Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and quality control procedures across all phases of construction.Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively adjust timelines and resources to meet milestones.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, communicating with project managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders on project status and updates.Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and coordination challenges to keep projects on track and minimize risk.Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards.Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and jobsite records to support project tracking and compliance.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
