Job Description

  • Lead and supervise ground-up multifamily and commercial construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Manage day-to-day jobsite operations, including subcontractor coordination, vendor management, and field team oversight to drive efficient project execution.
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards, OSHA compliance, and quality control procedures across all phases of construction.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and proactively adjust timelines and resources to meet milestones.
  • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact, communicating with project managers, clients, architects, and stakeholders on project status and updates.
  • Identify and resolve field issues, delays, and coordination challenges to keep projects on track and minimize risk.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work aligns with plans, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, daily reports, and jobsite records to support project tracking and compliance.

The Successful Applicant

    • Proven experience managing ground-up multifamily or commercial construction projects from start to finish, including schedule, budget, and field operations.
    • Strong knowledge of construction processes, subcontractor coordination, jobsite safety (OSHA), and quality control standards.
    • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage field teams, subcontractors, and communicate effectively with project managers and stakeholders.
    • Willingness and ability to travel regionally or nationwide to active construction sites.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address field challenges, mitigate delays, and keep projects on track.
    • Experience with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar tools is preferred.
