Job Description

Required Experience

  • Superintendent experience leading ground-up multifamily construction projects
  • Proven ability to independently run projects from start to finish
  • Strong scheduling and field coordination skills
  • Experience managing subcontractors and site operations
  • Willingness to travel throughout the Southeast



Preferred Experience

  • Multifamily projects valued at $20M+
  • Podium-style multifamily
  • Wood-frame multifamily construction
  • Historic renovation or tax-credit multifamily projects
  • Large residential developments



Technical Skills

  • Microsoft Project
  • Construction scheduling
  • Project Site (or similar project management platforms)
