Job Description

* Manage large-scale industrial, manufacturing, mission-critical, and data centre projects from preconstruction through closeout.

* Lead project teams on assignments ranging from $50M to $250M+ and 750,000+ SF.

* Maintain ownership of budgets, schedules, contracts, procurement, and client relationships.

* Collaborate with Superintendents and field leadership to drive project performance and delivery.

* Identify risks, solve complex project challenges, and ensure successful project outcomes.

The Successful Applicant

* Experience managing industrial, manufacturing, data centre, or mission-critical construction projects.

* Track record delivering projects valued at $50M+ with exposure to larger-scale work preferred.

* Experience working for large commercial, industrial, or ENR-ranked contractors.

* Strong commercial, operational, and client-management capabilities.

* Stable career history demonstrating consistent progression and project success.
