Backed by a strong leadership team and a unique federal contracting platform, they offer the stability of an established business with the agility and culture of a growing organisation.Job DescriptionDevelop, implement, and maintain project-specific Quality Control Plans.Manage all quality assurance and quality control activities throughout the project lifecycle.Lead execution of the USACE Three-Phase Control System across all definable features of work.Review, process, track, and manage construction submittals and approvals.Perform daily site inspections to ensure compliance with contract requirements and quality standards.Maintain accurate quality documentation, reports, logs, and records.Review testing results, identify quality concerns, and provide corrective recommendations.Coordinate closely with government representatives, project managers, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.Monitor construction activities to ensure adherence to federal standards and specifications.Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance project quality and execution.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
