Job Description

  • Lead project quality control programs from groundbreaking through closeout
  • Manage inspections, testing, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate with project teams, owners, subcontractors, and government representatives
  • Administer quality processes in accordance with federal construction standards
  • Track deficiencies, corrective actions, and punch list completion activities

The Successful Applicant

A successful Traveling Quality Control Manager should have:

  • 10+ years of construction experience and 5+ years as a Quality Control Manager
  • 3+ years serving as the lead QCM on federal construction projects
  • Proven experience delivering projects from startup through punch list completion
  • Strong background in military, government, or federal construction environments
  • Eligible to pass background checks, drug screening, and onboarding requirements
