Traveling Quality Control Manager

• Develop and implement site-specific Quality Control Plans
• Conduct inspections, audits, and testing procedures
• Ensure compliance with USACE/NAVFAC/VA standards
• Manage submittals, RFIs, and QC documentation
• Coordinate with superintendents and project teams on quality issues
• Lead preparatory, initial, and follow-up inspections
• Identify and correct deficiencies in real time
• Interface with government representatives and inspectors
• Maintain detailed daily QC reports
