Job Description

  • Oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to coordinate all phases of construction.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards on-site.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project specifications.
  • Monitor quality control and address issues promptly to maintain high standards.
  • Conduct regular site meetings to keep stakeholders informed on progress.
  • Prepare and submit reports on project status, schedules, and budgets.
  • Resolve on-site issues effectively to minimize delays or disruptions.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing retail construction projects from start to finish.
  • Retail and Restaurant construction and experience ground up.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
