Job Description

  • Supervise on-site construction activities for retail projects.
  • Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Review and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Identify and resolve project-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and daily reports.
  • Ensure efficient use of resources to meet project budgets and timelines.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and ensure standards are upheld.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Retail Superintendent should have:

  • Experience managing retail construction projects.
  • Experience with ground up construction in retail and restaurant
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.
  • Effective communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders.
