MPI encourages applications from minorities, women, the disabled, protected veterans and all other qualified applicants.The Successful ApplicantA successful Traveling Superintendent should have:10+ years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent capacity.Previous data center experience strongly preferred.Candidates from advanced construction sectors including healthcare, life sciences, heavy industrial, advanced manufacturing, or other technically complex projects will also be considered.Demonstrated success managing large-scale ground-up construction projects.Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, site logistics, quality control, and safety management.Excellent leadership, communication, and subcontractor management skills.Ability and willingness to travel for project assignments nationwide.Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred but not required.What's on OfferBase salary $130,000 up to $160,000+, dependent on experience.Performance bonus opportunity of up to 15%.Company vehicle or $500 monthly vehicle allowance.$173 daily per diem for lodging and meals while traveling.Opportunity to work on a multi-year, high-profile mission critical development.Career advancement with a nationally respected construction organization that promotes from within.Comprehensive benefits package and strong long-term project pipeline.Interested?
