Job Description

  • Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
  • Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery
  • Drive quality control and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
  • Strong background in light industrial construction on projects costing $70M+ (required)
  • Data center construction experience highly preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
