Job Description

  • Manage all on-site activities for construction projects, ensuring compliance with federal and government regulations.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and project teams to meet project deadlines and objectives.
  • Oversee safety protocols and ensure adherence to safety standards on-site.
  • Monitor project progress and address any delays or issues effectively.
  • Inspect work for quality assurance and ensure it meets project specifications.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and provide regular project updates.
  • Travel nationally to various project sites as required.
  • Ensure all documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.

The Successful Applicant

  • Experience in managing Federal/ Government Contracting
  • Be able to pass a background and drug test for Federal work
  • 5+ years experience
  • Open/ ability to travel nationally
  • Experience managing construction projects within federal and government contracting.
  • Knowledge of federal regulations and safety standards in construction.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to manage on-site teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel nationally for extended periods.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly.
