Job DescriptionAct as the primary leader of subcontractors and field staff on a job siteMaintain project safety in accordance with company's safety policyDevelop and update the project schedule, resource allocation, and work processesPrepare two-week look ahead schedulesOversee daily construction activities ensuring work meets quality standards, project timelines, and budgetsConduct regular site inspections, identify and address quality issues, and ensure work meets project specificationsIdentify and resolve issues promptly and effectively to maintain project momentum and project scheduleAssist with the buyout and selection of major subcontractorsMaintain strong communication with project managers, clients, and other stakeholdersCoordinate the work of the subcontractors' field staffMaintain accurate cost reportsEnsure all required paperwork is completed, accurate, and timelyAdhere to all company policies, standards, and proceduresProvide opportunities to help the team develop, learn, and growNationwide travel required for this roleMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
