While retail construction remains their foundation, the company continues to diversify into higher-value project types, creating long-term growth opportunities for top-performing employees.Job DescriptionSite Supervision: Manage and oversee multiple retail construction projects throughout the Northeast region, primarily in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and New York.Team Leadership: Coordinate daily activities with subcontractors, suppliers, store management teams, and client representatives.Quality Control : Ensure all work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards.Schedule Management: Conduct project planning, scheduling, and weekly progress meetings.Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, reports, and site records.Safety Compliance: Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance standards.MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
