Job Description

  • Manage all field operations for ground-up construction projects
  • Lead project execution from site mobilization through final turnover
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and project stakeholders
  • Maintain project schedules and ensure milestone achievement
  • Enforce safety standards and quality control procedures
  • Conduct regular site meetings and maintain project documentation
  • Identify and resolve field challenges proactively
  • Partner closely with Project Managers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a professional presence with clients and project teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial construction
  • Proven experience with ground-up big box projects
  • Experience in sectors such as:
    • Big Box Retail
    • Distribution Centers
    • Warehouses
    • Light Industrial
    • Large Commercial Facilities
  • Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and site logistics
  • Experience managing projects valued at $20M+
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to travel based on project needs
