Job Description

  • Lead on site construction activities for ground up, self storage facilities.
  • Oversee site work operations, including grading, utilities, paving, and infrastructure coordination.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, daily reports, and quality control.
  • Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate proactively with project managers, owners, inspectors, and design partners.
  • Maintain project documentation, logs, and field reporting.

The Successful Applicant

  • 5-10+ years as a commercial superintendent.
  • Self storage, light industrial, or tilt wall experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven site work experience (earthwork, utilities, storm water, paving).
  • Experience with ground up construction from site prep to turnover.
  • Ability and willingness to travel nationwide for extended durations.
