Job Description

  • Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout
  • Lead subcontractors and ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget
  • Coordinate daily activities with project management teams and key stakeholders
  • Maintain quality control standards and ensure adherence to project specifications
  • Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
  • Manage retail projects including remodels, expansions, and ground-up developments
  • Foster strong client relationships while maintaining a high level of professionalism on-site

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of Superintendent experience within commercial construction
  • Proven experience delivering retail construction projects
  • Background in big-box retail, open-store remodels, store expansions, or ground-up developments
  • Experience managing projects ranging from approximately $3 million to $10 million
  • Exposure to national retail clients and fast-paced project environments
  • Strong scheduling, coordination, and subcontractor management skills
  • Ability to travel throughout an assigned region as project needs require
  • Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
  • Proficiency with construction management software and digital reporting platforms
